@Kyler Pace I will not be able to attend this one, but it would be nice to have something on this side of town in the future.

For me I use the podcasts like reference books. I listen to the episodes that pertain to me now. When I get stumped I go back through to see if there is a topic I'm looking for. Sometimes I listen multiple times because there is no way to retain all of the information.

I would use the BRRRR calculator instead.

When I get up at 5 every morning I feel I am able to be more proactive about the day. I am able to enjoy my morning tea, process email, catchup on blog articles, look at my daily to do list, and so forth before anyone else is asking me for stuff. When I get a late start to the day, other people are already calling and sending emails. I am being reactive and unable to focus as much. Everyone is different of course and your gas mileage might vary.  Good topic though!!

I have heard good things about Pipedrive (https://www.pipedrive.com) and it was mentioned on the podcast in the last week or so also.

I have been working in the tech field since 93 and I have seen many advances on many fronts. I have also seen many fads come and go. Autonomous cars, yes this is coming. Will it be mainstream in 10 years? Probably not Minority Report mainstream, but do I think kids who will be driving in 10 years really learn how to drive? No. Driving will be transparent to them like them just like the Internet is already transparent to them.

3D printed housing, this one in the short term is easy. It feels like a fad, but has potential to take off.  Take a look at VR (Virtual Reality). It has been around for 20+ years. It is only now starting to take off and it still has a potential to fall off a cliff and die. It is a very interesting time in technology right now. Our lives have been transformed over the last 10 years with the iPhone.

Love the webinars!!! The only suggestion I have is when Brandon is moving at the speed of sound (no complaints whatsoever) moving through the calculators to use numbers that make sense. I have gone back through the replay links several times to understand the calculations and the numbers really don't make sense. Example HML for 70,000 and a refi for 65,000 doesn't add up and wouldn't work in the real world. I know it's picky and I'm sorry but you did ask 😁 Thanks for all you do and everyone here really appreciates all the knowledge you share with everyone.

This technology is still very new and still pretty expensive in many ways. As with all technology it takes time for adoption and price reduction. This is coming though. Get ready for it.  The battle for the home is being fought between Amazon, Google and of course Apple. If you care about your privacy and not being marketed to Apple is the way to go.

@Senise America Tavares good job on running numbers and wanting to push your family to a better position in life.  I think the best option for you to continue building confidence is to post the numbers you are seeing on the forums to get feedback.

Ditto what William Allen says. Jimmy Moncrief is a great guy and he is helping me out.
