Most people do quit. I've done my quitting. I've dabbled in a couple things before. The only reason they didn't work was because I didn't commit. Your advice is taken to heart and gives me more motivation.

Let's hear from ya!. There aren't a lot of us up here but I'm lookin for whoever there is.

My name is Keenan. I've followed Real Estate Investing for a little while now and decided to make a commitment. Wholesaling seems like a great way to get into investing so my plan is to start there and then move into the solid rental market of Anchorage. I'm motivated and can't wait to make my career change.
