Hello, I am new and I have been doing my research, it is all still new to me, so I have a lot to learn yet, but my plan is to wholesale houses until I can build enough capital to cover down payments, holding costs, rehabs etc on investment properties. In theory it sounds so simple, but I know I’m ready for the years of hard work to put in, I ultimately want to achieve financial freedom for my wife,son and I. Anyone I thank you for taking time out of your day to point me in the right direction.
