Looking to purchase any multi family in and around the Akron and Kent Ohio area 2 unit up to 16 unit's
I have seen some decent inventory up there. I would recommend reaching out to the commercial brokerages for 5+ units
Thanks

Robin,
I understand the better property but when it is selling for almost twice the appraised value that's where I'm confused??

Question to the group my partner and I owe several houses in a portfolio and wanting to sell them in a perfect world it would be nice to sell all at the same time not probably not going to happen, we have a offer on one of the houses and a almost double then it appraised for in turn the Bank told us we would apply to balance of principal were OK with that but now the Bank said they want us to put additional money down over the sale price or they will not release the property since it effects the cash flow, does this sound right, we also almost had two sold and hey told us we would have to put the total sale price on principal and pay realtor fees out of our pocket. Someone Please tell this does not make sense.
Thanks
Alan

Hi Alan,
I am also in Ohio. How long have you owned the properties? Happy to discuss how to make this work if you’d like.
Brittany,
Could I get your contact info.

Question to you all.
I have two single family non owner that I want to refi and do a cash out both are cash flowing one big bank said they do not really do rental property funding the other wants to know what I'm doing with the money, never heard this before in any event I owe between the two 120K comps are around 280K combined they are tied together now because when I bought them they used one for collateral and now I want to have them stand on there own with separate mortgages, I'm in Ohio can anyone help this situation.
