yes thats not a bad idea as long as you can sell or refi at the end and have enough capital to pay back your loan and repeat the process for your next property

I'm currently in the Indianapolis area living in my first future rental property. Was wondering if using a helco on my current home to purchase or put a down payment on a second rental would be a smart move?

Fairly new to the community. Im looking to get into buy and hold rental properties. I’m in the process of figuring out how to set myself up financially in this next year to execute successfully. Any tips or information from lenders to experienced investors would be a blessing
