I guess my question is, do I have to pay $800 in my self directed Ira for that? Thanks!

Hi,

I am wondering, if I invest in a syndicated deal where I own fractional ownership in a LLC using an IRA, does that mean it would be subject to the yearly $800 California franchise tax?

Thanks!

I'm sorry to hear that. Hope the bill is not too bad, but at least you know MI will be do everything they can to be helpful.

What zip code was your property in? I have one with MI in Houston too and I got lucky mine was ok...I think .

Live in 77388, just North of Cypress Creek off of Kuykendahl. What's the neighborhood called?

Subdivison called Londonberry. Further up north

How close is the house to Willow Creek? The creek is out of the banks, which caused at least some flooding in Preserves at North Hampton (South of Londonberry). Haven't heard anything specific to Londonberry so I don't really have better information.

It seems to be a ~1.5 mile north of Willow Creek. Thank you for the info.

Good luck to us!

Random curiosity - I notice there's this huge plot of dirt land below Talbert Regional Park and to the left of Hoag Hospital. Is it some protected wildlife reserve? Just noticed it on google maps..
