@Jeffrey Donis that is true. Charlotte is definitely a city of growth and it just keeps getting larger. I am planning on investing in Charlotte, I lived there for a couple years but moved to NV, but the market in Charlotte is a lot more affordable compared to NV.

@Bradley Cladianos I am currently trying to buy my first deal here in Northern Nevada. The market is very crazy. But I know there is some off market properties. Just a matter of finding them. Good luck man.

@Marilyn Arreola it sure is growing more and more each year. The houses right now are going up in price like crazy. But I know there is probably some good off market deals. Trying to buy as well.

I am currently working with an investor, I am Bird dogging for him and finding him deals to close on. I am currently in school and I am 18 yrs old but I am looking for any books or discussions about how to have a bird dogging business. I am just doing this for a short period of time so I can know the feel more of Real Estate and then start wholesaling my self but right know I want to know some tips to get good properties. I have been driving for dollars, and I have sent distressed properties to the investor but is there any other ways I could attract sellers as a bird dogger and just send the properties to my investor. I was thinking of having business cards but before giving business cards out I need to find people to give them too. Do I just stand at a Walmart and start giving my business cards out ? haha That's what I am curious to know and how I could increase my knowledge on that.(: Thanks!
