Hi Carlos, congrats on starting your investment journey in Central Florida! We are a property management company specializing in working with investors. Our goal is to help you select an area which matches your criteria, run numbers on potential properties, help with the transaction and finally rent and manage the home. I will be happy to connect with you and talk about a potential partnership.

This event will walk you through the real estate investment process from A to Z! We will explain best practices and share our experience which will help you start your RE investment journey or help you maximize the performance of your existing rental properties. We will also discuss the current market in Orlando and Central Florida. This is a great event for both new investors and more experienced investors trying to improve their investment properties.

WE ARE NOT SELLING ANYTHING. We are a property management company but we will not sell courses or services. This is purely an educational event.

Please note - due to an Orange County mandate, masks covering the mouth and nose will be required.

Free Tickets: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/h...

Can't make it? A recording of the event will be published on our YouTube channel the next morning, so be sure to check it out!

I'm sorry for your bad experience @Steven Murphy. Buyer agents are now overwhelmed due to the hot market. They work with multiple buyers and most of the time never end up closing the deal due to the high competition and multiple offers on each property. With that being said, this is definitely not a good way to treat a client. Unfortunately, if you don't have a great agent who is on the ball you will most likely lose the deal.

@Brandon Combs Like Tyler said, it seems like you have some great options here! What I can offer on my side is recommendations for communities and neighborhoods. We know which are the properties where you can invest knowing you will have good quality tenants and little to know trouble with them or the community.

When starting as a new investor, the importance of putting the right team around you is a key! You want to be off to a good start, having a profitable first investment with no headaches!

Looking forward to connect!

Hey everyone! I'm looking for a recommendation for a great CPA in Michigan.
I'm looking for someone who specializes in helping Real Estate investors with all of their income tax needs (i.e., tax strategies, compliance, etc...)

We are operating in Detroit. The goal is to setup LLC/INC and come up with a good tax strategy which suits our business model.

I appreciate your help!

Hi @Robert Kirkley
I recommend @Kevin Grullon! He is an amazing CPA and he has done a househack for himself which makes him a great resource for you!

I agree with all of the above. Here are few things I would like to add:

1) Speak to a CPA who specializes in working with foreigners to determine if LLC or INC works better for you. I have someone to recommend. Most of my investors from abroad are holding under INC.

2) Financing will be a challenge but my friends who have a similar situation to your did something creative. They borrowed under his name since he was the American but then added her to the title. They had an agreement which allowed her to contribute to the down payment and monthly payments. I will be happy to talk to you about how everything worked and maybe get you in touch with them.

Good Luck!
