Hello Everybody!

My name is Alec Bowman, and I am (like the subject that grabbed your attention) an eager, young, and motivated individual in South Carolina who looks to dive into the real estate game!

I am currently working towards getting my real estate license in South Carolina, which I am super excited for, but I am also open to learning absolutely as much as possible about ALL aspects. I want to know the benefits of investing, and flipping, as well as the benefits of selling, and brokering deals!

I have read just about anything you can read, online, about real estate as possible. However, I want to actually get involved in this stuff!  Unfortunately, that is easier said then done. Which is why I am here on Bigger Pockets!

I understand the importance of networking, however time is not a luxury I seem to have at the moment. Working a full time job to maintain my lifestyle is a necessity right now! One of the other reasons that has motivated me to look for a new career; The flexibility, the control, and the unlimited possibilities in real estate!

It excites me that their are so many ways to be prosperous in this industry! Being as obsessive as I am, I want to learn them all!

Trust me I know, I am ahead of myself. I am excited, and anxious, and headstrong, and that is going to set me up for failure. Right?

Wrong! I know this isn't going to be easy. I am not looking for that easy payday. I just want to be able to devote and dedicate myself and time (Which I consider valuable!) to something I truly believe is worth it!

Something I can be proud of. Something I can do that will provide for my family, when the time comes. Something I can create and use to help lift others around me that I love, and care for, to the next level! 

I am selfish, and selfless at the same time. I want the absolute best, and won't settle for less! Nevertheless, I do not want it just for me. 

Anyways, that is a little a bit about me, I am excited to get started in this, and I hope if you took the time to read this you can sense my passion.
