I haven't attended a meetup yet but wouldn't feel uncomfortable if I were the only female in a male group. I imagine the comfort zone has to do with experience and personality and one's sense of emotional security. I would imagine men would make anyone welcome, whatever gender they are. I don't feel intimidated by being a beginner either. The reason we meet is to grow and I believe when we have dreams, others are ready to help us achieve them. But I have been a business owner for a long while and I believe that female business owners tend to function like men. We've developed various strengths and are comfortable in any setting. So I believe a female's comfort in a male dominated group  comes from having a broad range of experience and mental development.

I'm just getting started and desiring to get into wholesaling. An issue I have some concern about is going into people's homes I don't know . I've heard of female real estate agents who ended up dead. Are there any steps a female can take to feel more secure about going in strange homes? I had the thought of meeting the homeowners in a public place the first time. That always gives a feel for them. I'm wondering if other women have this concern and how to deal with it. I'm not a real fearful person but I'm highly responsible. Any ideas? I haven't been involved long enough to read anything about this anywhere online.

I just listened to his 2 hour webinar tonight. I actually know his mother, from a previous job but have never met him. I do know they are a very good family. As successful as he is, he is humble and very likable. What I took from the webinar is this. Of all the successful real estate investors, I like him the best. That is because he seems to have compiled the best techniques and info from all the courses he bought over the past 10yrs and revamped them for an easy and simple automated success system. But for about the last 30mins to an hr in the last hour of the webinar, it's a sales pitch. He's skilled at selling and that came across loud and clear since i'm also in sales. There is a skill to selling and I saw that. I think people can learn wholesaling or any area of real estate online. You can listen to wholesaling on video on biggerpcokets. There is so much free stuff online. I don't think I'd buy Cody's fast track system unless the price was really low and I knew for sure I was going to do wholesaling. I can see how it would be very helpful. His info supposedly tells you how to do everything. I was impressed with his tips and input. But I'm about saving money and one can get cash poor buying so much stuff. I like him but I'd try to buy it used. I'd look on Ebay or Amazon. I don't know what it costs new. I didn't hang around to find out, because I knew I wasn't ready to jump into wholesaling today.  I don't fault him because he is wise to sell what he knows. It makes more money and he doesn't have to work fulltime.
