I'm new to BP as well. I noticed your post and it was nice to not only see another fellow IL investor but also someone interested in my old stomping grounds, Charleston. I am an Eastern IL University alumni and I visit frequently enough since I still have family and friends in the area. I wish you the best of luck on your endeavor in Charleston/Mattoon and hopefully I can help somehow with my insight as a former Charleston rental resident.
