Hi. I have a bankruptcy on my credit that's been charged off for 2 years this October (2017). That and no capital are the ONLY two things preventing me from physically acting. I know no one who can personally help with capital and I'm afraid I won't get bank financing. Multi-family will be my path. What advice or suggestions can you give on where I can start and what's best for my situation?
