@Jeremy R. Henley If you were to post this in the "marketplace" then lenders would be able to reach out to you directly.  Unfortunately, we wouldn't be able to do this in the forums.  Although you may get some great referrals from other investors on this thread.

@Carl Crump Exactly, really just looking at the strength of the investment + the borrower's FICO and experience. We can do these in over 40 states with the exception of very rural areas.
