No I've never been, where can I get more information on the meeting and address. I am definitely looking to start attending like groups in the area. Thanks 

Where do I find non judicial Trustee auctions that don't have the 6 month right of redemption period? I have been to the clerks office reading notices of default, but I can't locate or differentiate non judicial auctions. Anyone with experience or advice please help me out.

I am currently searching for my next project in Portland or Salem Oregon. I'm not sure if there's more opportunity to find a fix and flip opportunity at auction or REO properties. Or else where.
