I'm trying to learn the local market a little better and with so many distressed homes on the market I'm not sure where to focus! I'm coming from out of town and not sure if I'm better off picking up multiple properties from $10,000-$30,000 or one or two from $50,000-$100,000. My All in cash budget is $150,000. I'm a carpenter so I love sweat equity.  I appreciate all the help!

I'm leaving the Portland Market looking to relocate to a more profitable city for SFR rehab Flips. I like Pittsburgh and Grand Rapids but I feel like I missed the window for the greatest return. Any suggestions on cities to buy low? I'm all in $150,000 cash

So I've successfully flipped a number of properties and now I'm looking to relocate to the hottest investment market to take my company to another level, but I'm struggling to decide WHERE my best option is. My all in cash budget is $150,000. Pittsburgh? Grand Rapids? Tampa?

All good markets...but I feel I'm a little behind the ball on all of the listed cities above. So please give me some advice where I should relocate to see the best return on my investment on fix/flip properties. THANKS
