Tell her the reason you want to invest in real estate is because you want to spend time with the family and make memories. Once you have enough investment properties you’ll be able to work a “4 hour work week” and spend nearly all the time in the world with your kids and your family with enough money to do fun things like take lavish vacations or go to Disney world and so on.

Thanks for the insight everybody I am definitely going to just keep grinding until I can save for a class B property or so to limit the risk and attract better quality tenants

When first starting out, using a buy and hold strategy with little capital is it better to

1. Purchase a house in a bad neighborhood with the little capital available to create cash flow in order to grow capital faster for the next house

Or

2. Continue to save money until a deal in a good neighborhood is more attainable.

Hello I would love to meet with some of the other investors in the western slope as it seems there aren't a whole lot (at least on bigger pockets). I am trying to network and make connections so please let me know when and where this next meet up will begin?!

I am new to investing in real estate and am currently saving for my first investment property. I’d like to connect with other investors in this area!
