@Ramon Copeland the idea is to be ahead of other units with bad or no photos, plus I'll have them for every time I turn the prop.

@Cian Hanley I dont have the time to invest to learn this skill, nor do I have the computer or software, too busy with my portfolio, mabey when the growth stage slowes for me then it will be beneficial to learn, but the value of my time is not worth that time investment I would need to make, I would actually save money by hiring a pro, so I can focus on other peoperties.

@Mike Wood thank you, that's the direction my mind was going as it would help my unit look better against the rest that have really bad photo quality.

I'm finishing up my first duplex/ rental property and I was looking hire a photographer to take pics I can keep for listing it since they can get wide angles and make the photos much better than a phone camera. I'm curious to know if anybody else does this and if so what do you normally pay it's a duplex and eats tide is around 770 square foot

@Liam Cook welcome to BP! I'm. A newer investor as well finishing up my first house hack, literally moving out of it right now and getting ready to rent out both sides! My duplex is located in south knox/seymour and it has been great!
I was alerted of your past because of keywords "knoxville" so the are definitely important. Multi family in my mind is the best way to start, especially if your young and have plenty of elbow great, but not alot.of greenbacks. Anyway thought I would say hello, fell free to reach out anytime
Would like to know more about this local meetup!

Maybe you'll be able to claim LLC protection in the suit, but you're already neck-deep in it.
I truly believe an LLC would really only help if there's practically no interaction between you and the tenant. House is deeded to the LLC, property manager in the way, etc. And for a couple properties, it just isn't worth the hassle for a lawsuit that likely won't happen and you're already covered for.
I'm not going to tell you to not go the LLC route, it's all about what helps you sleep well at night.
Thank you for the sounds advice
