Hey Kevin, thanks for the info, I've been looking for a local reia club. I'm going to one in Santa Barbara this coming Saturday through http://santabarbarareia.com/ Really looking forward to it. I'll definatly check out the club at Mimi's. We go there for caravan meetings but didn't know investors meet there. Multis come up but inventory is very low in general right now. Cap rates are lower than in other markets but better in residential income than single family unless you can find a home with a bunch of small rooms near one of the colleges maybe. If you want help looking for something let me know. I'm an agent as well.

That's awesome! I'm still working my goals out but the end game in my view at this point is multi family. I'm currently focused on flipping with a partner but finding good deals are difficult at this time. I'm trying to find something off market so if you know any wholesalers please let me know. Thanks
