I have a 5 Unit building that we are currently rehabbing and this is my first rental! Does anyone have some screening tips or must adds that I should include in mine for new tenants??

I have a flip in Louisville KY that we are a few weeks out from putting it on the market, but the past owner has an overdue account balance on his water bill for $300.

Although we want to say this isn't our problem, could they put a lien on the house for unpaid water?? We are paying for ourselves, but not sure if we need to pay this for him so we don't get stuck with a lein.....

Hi!!

Me and my partner are newbie landlords and just got a 5 unit building. One of our tenants is quite hard to deal with, so any advice on eviction/notices/landlord tenant laws that are important to know are greatly appreciated!  

So we have a duplex me and my partner are submitting an offer on. We both have good credit, but are both newly pursuing invest without W2 jobs (making it tough to get a congenital mortgage). Any recommendations for private lenders or helpful mortgage companies to work with in this situation??

We are trying to work with what we got, so help us out please!!

I have came across a duplex in a good rental up and coming spot, but I have been looking to do my first BRRRR property. Would it work the same way with a duplex?? I'd take any advice:)

I'm a new investor and I've heard some investors talking about house hacking. Can someone explain to me what that is???
