@Eric Flakes Welcome to BP. I'm a new investor here in Nashville. BP is a great resource for any question you may have, no matter how off the wall it might be. I'm sure someone on BP has tried it or at least researched it.

@Aaron Anderson are you mailing to any particular lists? 

 @Aaron Anderson What are your thoughts on Columbia/Spring Hill? From what I can tell it looks like the property values are relatively low compared to other areas around Nashville.

@Curran Scarlata I have seen a lot of folks mention the boro around the forums and seems like they are finding a fair number of good deals.

@Devan Mcclish I just listed to your podcast the other day and have to say it was awesome. The amount of deals you are doing is crazy. Do you have any rentals in Dickson?

How are you guys finding deals? I have put the word out to a few realtors I know but just curious as to what you guys are doing? I'm curious if you have tried any direct marketing for buy and holds. If you have had you had any success?

Time to get the ball rolling! Good Morning Everyone. I woke up this morning ready to plow full steam ahead into real estate. After dipping my toe in and lurking around BP, it's time to make some action happen..... That is a great sentiment to have isn't it?

Anyways, I am looking to connect and learn from some more experienced folks than myself. My goals are to build a portfolio of rental properties that can produce a passive income that eventually will help lead to early retirement. I am currently looking in the greater Nashville area, specifically outlying areas like Dickson & Columbia and would love to connect with anyone working in those areas.
