Hello My Name is Eric Flakes. I am a resident of the great city of Nashville, TN. I am currently in the VERY early stages of creating an investment group where we will be focusing on commercial real estate. We have not chosen which specific type of property as yet that will focus on investing, as stated before VERY early stages. I myself have been doing much research on real estate crowdfunding and I am strongly considering going this route for both investment purposes and to raise capital. If anyone has any experience in crowdfunding I would love to hear about it! Anyways I am very new to the industry I have been in hospitality pretty much my whole professional career. I look forward to this new exciting challenge it has been fun thus far. Hope to be speaking and networking with the BP family absorbing all the knowledge, tips, advice and information that I possibly can!
