Yes @Ashley Allen just getting my feet wet as well. My partners and I are looking more into doing buy and holds mostly to get started. Our main focus is raising capital at the moment, but feel free to reach out and I will be more than happy help out anyway that I can.

From my research and people I have spoken with. Avenue Bank which is now Pinnacle Bank, First Bank, and First Tennessee were good options
