Hi BP! I’m currently 16 years old and really interested in real estate. I feel that starting early is beneficial for the future. Some of my friends were talking about it also. I’ve seen some bigger pockets webinars and read some books. I even want to major in business! My question is this: how old do I have to be to start investing (assuming I have a good paying job?) I know this is something I want to pursue in.

Hey everyone!

I just started reading about real estate in general. It sounds fun, but really complicated at the same time. I recently purchased the book Rental Property Investing by Brandon Turner. I am sixteen.

Does anyone know any helpful tips for getting started?

Hi everyone! I new some people who told me they investing in real estate...and were doing quiet well! It inspired me to look into real estate as an occupation. I’m 16, but want to start learning early. Aside from gaining an educational foundation for real estate, what else would I need to do before investing in my first house? I heard you need a good broker and a steady patin job. Are there any other things to consider?
