Good to meet you. I'm a wholesaler in the area. I'm pretty new, did my first deal in January of this year. Closed on 9 deals so far and 3 more under contract.

Same deal up here in Northern Nevada. Deals are hard to come across but easy to sell. Anything you get under contract for ARV * .8 - Repairs will easily sell, no matter the area.
