I was looking at properties and I want to use an FHA loan to start on my first property. I looked up what I needed for an FHA loan and it says at least two years of W-2’s and taxes ? I’m 18 and my current job is my first official job, my other ones were under the table. What other routes Can I take ? Thank you

I just came across this Triplex at 220,00 Down payment (FHA) - 8,800 2 Br 2 bath- 750.00 2 Be 1Bath - 700.00 1 Br 1Bath - 400 I started studying real estate about a month ago and I’m just looking a a place to House Hack. I’m 18 years old and I just want to get started but I really am a bit clueless at what I am looking at. Would this be a good house hack ?

I am very new to real estate investing, I am in the reading books and listening to podcasts stage. I know I have to learn all I can before I dive in, but what can I start with now in order to be ready for a house hack? How do I go about house hacking?
