Post: Stake Holdings in Louisiana Assisted Living Center Needed

Due to the aging of baby boomers, Assisted Living is becoming a growth industry.  However, most retirement communities are out of the reach of low income elderly renters and the disable.  I'm president of an I.R.S. designated 501 ( C ) 3 Tax Exempt member based association of landlords, who are planning 138 supportive housing units in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

A limited number of our landlords with invested capital and/or Credit, will equally share net rental income from this 3.7 Million Dollar Facility.  Our facility will have retail outlet space within the retirement community, that will be open to the public, for housing affordability, and to insure returns on stake holder investment.

Please go to www.hamiltoninvestmentschdo.com, and request a business plan, and pro-forma, if interested in returns from 10% to 12% as one of our landlords

Hello Mr. Horn:

I'm glad i was not the only one that noticed these advertisements that should be in Market Place.  I placed an advertisement in forums by mistake, being new to the Site.  However, my mistake was removed.  John Holdman also noticed the "monkey business".  We are actively using the abuse button

The Banks are some of the biggest Slum Lords in local communities with REO's in communities that are vacant, vandalized, and bringing down the value of other property in the community. Good Luck in getting in touch with the Bank. It's possible but, hard as hell. That is why my company charges for this communication with Banks

Are you happy with your property management company?  Our owners are happy because,  they enjoy full service property management essentially free.

Hamilton Investment Properties Community Housing Organization ("HIPCO") is an I.R.S. designated 501 ( C ) 3 Tax Exempt member based association of income producing property owners.  Our members provide housing for low to moderate income families.  HIPCO has a special focus on supportive housing for the elderly, disable, and single parent low income heads of households.

Our members pay 10% of rental income as a membership fee for properties they place with the organization, which payments are tax deductible contributions toward the improvement of the management of housing for people with special needs.  HIPCO has combined the strength of many owners into a management force, that can't be beat.
