Just thought I'd revive this thread to see if you've had any luck in NB @Tyler Esparza. Did any of your offers get accepted? I've been looking into NB for SFH rentals, seems like a great market with lots of potential.

It’s hard to say without knowing how much you cash flow but it might make sense for you to look into doing a cash out refinance in order to pull some of your equity out of your property. That way you get to keep it and at the same time receive money from the bank to make other investments!

@Matthew Schroeder I can give you the contact info to a loan broker who works in Aix-en-Provence and knows the region well. He may be able to point you in the right direction to some people he knows on the Cote d'Azur.
