@Angela Mayes

Hi Angela currently I’m looking to start out but I want to begin to build my portfolio. I’m looking at owning rental properties and generate cash flow. I really just don’t know where or how to get started.

@Joshua B.

Thanks for all the great insight. Is there a direct message option and if you’d have the time I’d love to ask more questions and learn from someone in the area.

@Joshua B.

Thanks for the info Joshua. I just wanted to clarify are you referring to wholesaling or a different kind of partnership? Because I was looking to begging to build my portfolio and hopefully generate cash flow. I also struggle with looking outside of the city just because the property would be easier to manage if it was in the same city.

Thanks again for all the great tips and I’d love to get some more advice if you’re up for helping!

@Andrew Reiff

If this is how you first started I would be very interested to hear more about your house hacking experience and how you got the financing for it that is the part I’m struggling with the most. Thank you so much for all the help.

@JD Martin

Thank you for the advice and I have looked into house hacking but I never thought about having my parents co-sign. Currently I am renting a property with 5 other of my friends so I think next year I may look into the house hacking.

@Andrew Reiff

Thank you for the great advice and I do prefer to learn more hands on and any experience is a good experience in my book. And do you invest in Ann Arbor your self if so I’d be very interested to learn from a local investor.
