Hey @Alex Neukomm, I also use Hospitable and we have migrated a lot to Medium-term rentals since Covid which are largely direct. We are able to enter these into the system and then those guests get all the same messages, our cleaners can see the check out time, etc.
@Zeona McIntyre thanks! It's great to hear of multiple people using the same platform and liking it. Would you recommend it for its direct booking capabilities as well as its integrations with Airbnb and Vrbo? We have our own website, but I like the idea of having the ability to take direct bookings if someone wants to.

I’ve used them all. Currently with hospitable. It’s the easiest one.
@Luke Carl Do you use hospitable for private bookings as well? Is that what you would recommend OwnerRez for? There are just so many options out there I hate the idea of trying one and having to switch especially with connecting them to Airbnb and Vrbo and unconnecting if it's a bad fit.

Those that do self-managing of str properties what software do you use? We've been using Lodgify and it's ok, but feels a little clunky. I've heard IGMS mentioned recently as a great alternative. We are needing something that integrates well with Airbnb and Vrbo and has the ability to automate messaging with guests, cleaners, maintenance, and pool people. And we'd also like it to have the ability to handle private bookings as well.

Looks like there's not necessarily a one-size-fits-all for finding vacation properties and you kind of find what you like and roll with it. I did see a few that look interesting to check out more that I haven't used before though like Redfin and Homesnap and even the postcard campaign.

I'm looking for a vacation rental property and I'm wondering what the best website or websites are to look for them? I've spent a decent amount of time on Realtor.com. Thanks for any advice and help.
