It is in a nice area 24 hr security.
10 minutes from the airport.
20 from the beaches.
The community has a pool as well I want to make a plan to make it a Airbnb but I don’t know where to start

I have 2 properties in Puerto Vallarta Mexico. One of the properties is getting rented out for $250 a month and the other needs to be fixed up. I want to turn the rentable property into a Airbnb. I live in Texas where do I get started what should I be looking for.
