Looking to get some advice on how to get into investing in multi family units.

I'm currently work full time but the 401k that I'm referring to was from a previous employer and now just managed by forester financial. I also have an LLC which I used before for rentals and rehabs that I had done a while ago. I'm trying to get some advice on how I can roll that to my LLC and use it for rehabs and put it back I guess use it as investment money but return what I use.

I'm in Chicagoland western burbs invested in couple rentals. Looking to get back into flipping need some help and knowledge on private funding and how to start self funding 401k
