@Megan Greathouse I just finished your bigger pockets pod cast. Was great, you seem like a great person. Loved your theory on doing real estate so you can spend more time with your kids. I have a similar vision as I want to do real estate so I can continue to teach high school in st louis.
I was just curious how to get on the list for the next meet up.
If there is a email blast, my email is [email protected].
I am working on my liscense now and plan to start investing asap.
The meet up seems like a great network to be apart of. Let me know please how I can attend.
@James H.
I like your strategy. Did this work for you?
@Joshua Springer
I like this idea. I have similar thoughts. How does this work for you?
@Cory E.
How does the one client at a time work for you. I am a school teacher thinking about getting my license and trying it part time.
If I did go part time I am only going to do 1 client at a time.

I have been a offered a opportunity from a close family friend to purchase there rental property.
Currently the house appraised for $45,000
I will be buying the house, the seller will be carrying the loan for 3 years and I will purchase in full in 3 yrs.
Numbers:
$3000- down
$300- paid to the seller each mouth ($200 towards loan/ $100 paid to seller)
$32,800- what will be owed after three years
In the mean time I will rent the house for $700 a month and get profit.
Any thoughts on this deal or what I should look out for?

Do you add stuff as soon as you purchase or collect or do you do by month
