Well, we are about to own our first fix and flip and I am looking for insights from experienced fix and flip pros.  Maybe you have a checklist?  It was foreclosed, so no electrical or water right now, I also need to change the locks and get an inspector, but would really appreciate some help from the community.  Thanks guys, and wish us luck!

As a new investor, there are a lot of unknowns.  Because many of the homes I am looking at do not have water or electricity, I wonder what I will find when the power and plumbing get turned on.  If you have tips or ideas on how to know what to expect, I would be grateful for your insights. One big one might be how to get an idea whether the HVAC works? Thanks in advance
