@Rick H.  would you be willing to explain your skiptrace process for nixies?  I noticed you seem to be one of the leading experts on bigger pockets specifically in regards to nixies.  I have used intelius.com but have gotten mixed results (at best).   Thanks for your Help!

Try looking on the county tax website by address it may give the name. Hopefully there are only a few people in the county with the same name and you can narrow it down

Matthew Rollo I am also a new wholesaler in the st.petersburg/Tampa area in the same boat. I have a strong list of cash buyers. Would it be alright if I pm'd you as well. Specifically I am wondering the most effective and best way to find the properties/motivated sellers to get it under contract. Thanks for any help!

Good points.  We are heading to the court houses this Friday but are from out of town making it dificult to sustain monthly and more importantly be the first to aquire the information so we can send them our wholesale copy the moment probate is available.   

Unfortunatly, we have tried a commercial provider and found that they were inaccurate and out of date some of the leads were nice enough to let us know.

Me and my brother are despertatly searching how to find accurate and up to date probate leads in pinellas county FL (key words St.petersburg, Largo Clearwater).  Does anyone know how to find these leads online or with out going to the court house?  Any advise would be greatly appreciated, Thanks!
