Hello fellow BiggerPockets community, 

We are about to start listing our upstairs ADU on websites like Zillow and the like. We have a rough sketch of what we want to include but I'm afraid we are not being assertive enough or/and not following the HUD and housing authorities guidelines.

Can you take a quick look at my listing for our remodeled 800 sq ft 1br 1 bathroom unit.

Hello Mathew,

My wife and I are purchasing a property in Antioch, we live in SF at the moment but many of my coworkers tell us to stay away from Antioch CA. We have been there twice and we didn't get a "dangerous" feeling. What's your opinion as an investor and the kind of tenants that I should be expecting?
