Hello Everyone,  My name is Matthew Cook. I have done a couple of deals. I lived in SF. for most of my life and now live in Antioch. I feel more comfortable starting in a smaller city. My goals are to do a Wholesale deal 1-2 deals a month . I have known about BiggeBiggerpockets for a while  now and have just recently gotten a better picture of what i would like to do. I have started to learn the Antioch market and plan on taking action soon.

Hello Mathew,

My wife and I are purchasing a property in Antioch, we live in SF at the moment but many of my coworkers tell us to stay away from Antioch CA. We have been there twice and we didn't get a "dangerous" feeling. What's your opinion as an investor and the kind of tenants that I should be expecting?

Thanks!!
