kamil, your absolutely right, I have been noticing how hard it is,outside of areas like manor road or west Brighton areas it would be to aquire great deals. I'm currently researching marketing ideas and opportunities. buy in hold seems to be the only opportunity that I may be able to do out here. I myself operate an hvac company on the side and just relieving past experiences I recall quite a few homes where the residents where hoping to get out Of the properties hoping to find those same people.

  Newbie from staten island, looking to get into real estate investment before the summer hits, frantically learning as much as i can before i jump right in. Currently working with 40k flips and wish i would have found this site prior, but def learning a lot on their training. Looking forward to learning a lot from the members of BP. Also would love to get together with fellow newbies and experienced investors in this area maybe shoot some ideas. And yes im also looking in to joining a reia group. Looking to get into buy and hold in staten island and in close surrounding areas, flips in my region but where the price points make more sense.
