Hey Josh,

I am very new to investing.  I am currently working on building my team, my buyers list, basically getting my ducks in a row.  I plan to start marketing; bandit signs, yellow letters, postcards, etc. in June.  My strategy is to start by wholesaling and eventually do the strategy you are having success at; flipping.

I came across this for wholesale joint venture agreement.  Has anyone used anything like this?  I live in Texas, would like to use if feasible.

Hello, I too am interested in meeting like minded people.  Right now I am in the process of learning wholesaling from Danny Johnson, a contributor on BP.  And today I am in the second day of a three day seminar on flipping houses by the real alliance. 

 I plan to take action and use all this education as well as everything I learned from bigger pockets.

I know there's a greater chance of success when like minded people get together, motivate, and support each other in their Real Estate investing.

I have run across this Real Estate Investing Training by Dennis J Henson in Arlington, TX.  I have tried doing due diligence by searching for reviews and such, but have not run across anything ( good I suppose).  So I post the question to the forum, has anyone any experience good or bad with this Company?
