I am looking at a property that has a lot of potential where I can get it for a good price. The house is already gutted to the walls and studs. My question is this: If I redo the drywall, change electrical and plumbing pipes, am I running into difficulty to sell the house after it was completed?

Wow, my brain is already fainting from complexity of trying to make an honest living & many govt regulations & its taxation code that scares many new investors into this business. Not trying to get political but the more I read about endless rules the more I (and many like me) wish for a simpler tax code of a "flat tax".

Anything over $500 scammed or stolen is considered a FELONY in any state. If I were you, I'd contact the police, make a report and contact the DA's office in the county where the fraud was committed. Your report will put a warrant on Trex's head and anytime he's stopped by the cops for a traffic violation, he's name will pop up as wanted on a warrant. If you have all the records of all transactions made with him & if found guilty of fraud, he's facing at least 3 years in any state (exception D.C. where thievery is a way of life every day from our elected leaders)...

Thank you very much for the info. About how much money does my Roth IRA need to have in order for me to use it as a catalyst for investment in notes?

Can anyone tell or explain to me how can you use a ROTH IRA to buy notes? I was watching Eddie Speed video and he said something to the effect that he used $100 to open up a ROTH IRA and used that account to buy a $70,000 note. The answer might be a bit extensive but if someone can explain it in a summary, I'd appreciate it.

Thans a lot...

Thanks a lot @Devan Mcclish. I appreciate your input and I'm looking forward to following you on discussions. I will like to get to know you a bit and get more insights into this REI development, if you don't mind, of course.

Thanks a lot,

Alin
