I am in the process of considering RentSavvy or Hemlane (Leasing Agent Services).  Curious what experience others had with either company?

We purchased in phase 2 on street 2.  Very excited about the opportunity and build-out.

Curious if others have experience with property purchases in San Pedro, Belize (Ambergris Caye) at the Mahogany Bay Resort (Phase II)?

Any suggestions on attorneys familiar with transacting in this country?

 It was fixed; updated prices on their website.

I used a company like constant close to help me with my 1st SubTo deal.  They have access to a network of resources that are familiar with these transactions.  FYI…there is a fee for their services.

We are still early in our evaluation process and decided to move forward with Hemlane.  The platform has been great for our out of state property management needs.  There are a couple of edges, like managing the lease execution process, that needs some streamlining.  However, we are very happy with the solution to date.  Additionally, their customer success team has been great with the onboarding process for us (landlords) and tenants.

 Hi @Daniel Cisneros and @Megan Greathouse -- Just starting off in St. Louis area as well (OOS).  Seeking recommendations for contractors/designers as well for rehab's.  It would be great to get thoughts/perspectives/experiences from others.

My wife and I are just getting started and aligned on RentRedi and Hemlane as our final two options.  Will have more to share over the coming months between our finalist for eval.  Also helps that RentRedi is a perk for Pro members.
