Would anyone happen to know where I can get the contracts to bring to a lawyer to start the process of getting excess funds for a client? I have several clients that have excess funds but no contracts. Please help!!!

Thank you for that information. I'm sorry you had that experience with a wholesaler. If you don't mind me asking, did he assign a property to you And didn't have the money for the closing cost?

I'm looking to put a few houses under contract outside of Maryland like Pennsylvania for example. Does anyone know of a title company in Maryland that handles assignments in state or out of state?

I would definitely say to look outside of NY and NJ if you would like to get more for your money. I'm from NY and I have properties in Baltimore that I'm selling. For example, a 3bdrm and 1bath SFR can go for $10,000 to $36,000 according to the comps in the area.
