Surplus Funds and contracts needed!!

Would anyone happen to know where I can get the contracts to bring to a lawyer to start the process of getting excess funds for a client? I have several clients that have excess funds but no contracts. Please help!!!

I'll create one for you for a few as I have also an attorney and client for same reason. Just so you know there are two contacts - one for the attorney that you'll be working with and one for your clients.
