well I am going to be looking for duplex and multi family and see if I can get owner finance deals across the USA and use management companies. Also use the BRRR strategy and get my money out to move onto th next deal. Now I am looking for duplex, triplex, quadplex etc in Los Angeles. To reach my goal I would need a total of 125 door and I would need to cash $200 for each door to achieve this and obtain 12 door a year or better to go for multi family to make it easier.

who has more than 100 units/ door rentals? How long did it take you to get there and what does it fee like?  Are you in an expensive market? What is your target; more or relax now and enjoy life ✌🏼

Any advise for newbies, take risk or try a few deals yourself before getting investors involved? How do you find leads? Did you have a full time job or business to fund the deals?
