Not regularly,  Would love any principal that would bring that to the table.  Most want to get 100% financing and that really does not exists.  New Investors, Fix and Flippers, and Wholesalers have on their minds that you do not need to have any skin in the game.  Only very experienced developers and folks that don't need it  get those situations.  Please have 20% in the beginning.

Their are opportunities for for interest rates for 8-10 %, and low pts.  You just need to make the right connection.

Are the properties close to each other?  What information has the seller provided?
