@Russell Brazil yes. I own up to not doing a more thorough screening. Expensive lesson learned

@Theresa Harris...thank you. I did that immediately. Unfortunately, BPD has a lot more to worry about and they don't seem to be anxious to do anything.

Worst Tenant Ever -
-Unpaid rent since moving in (6 months)
-Refused me entry into my property for inspections
-Got gov assistance check for rent, forged my name and tried to cash it in her own account.
-Caused 13K worth of damage
-Caused me trouble at my W9
-Trashed the house
-Owes me 9k in rent
-Filed bogus criminal charges on me, absolute lies
-Stole ALL of my appliances upon eviction
-And there is more

Looking for an experienced agent in the Ft. Lauderdale area who can assist with the search and purchase of a STR Condo or SF rental that will double as a home for personal enjoyment.
Highly highly prefer someone with experience and knowledge in the STR arena.
Thanks

Quote from @Allen W.:
They are not diligent in creating new leases, i had a billing issue where i was being charged a utility when I shouldn't have, it took 2 months and a bunch of emails before it began to be rectified and currently it's still not. Tenant had a maintenance complaint and it took a month and a bunch of emails for them to send someone out...only to say I need a new roof...meanwhile a 2nd opinion says the roof is perfectly fine. I'm 100% not pleased and am looking to switch companies.

VanBaker company. I’ve always felt uncomfortable having them as my PM in day 1 when I bought my first turnkey property. What’s yours and why are you not pleased with yours? So people can be aware of the bad PMs to avoid
