Non QM Loans VS Portfolio Loan
I’m a business owner, I don’t have much w-2 history so banks and credit unions always reject me.
I want to get into real estate investing which loans have the best rates and terms that can refinance through a llc or corporation.

I have 10 doors at the moment. I want to scale my rental business but unfortunately I have used up all my traditional 10 loans.
What are some other options for bank loans? I’ve heard people talk about portfolio loans any idea what those are?
I’m looking to be at 50 doors in 2 years

Hello i'm a new real estate investor i know some things but this topic has been bugging me.
Say someone has multiple properties i'm talking about 100+ how does one purchase them? do they use personal name to buy it or a business entity?
Some people say it's harder to do the BRRRR with a business entity like a LLC because the terms are not that great.
Any Advice for me? should i buy through LLC? or Personal?
