Has anyone had success finding evictions for San Diego? Seems like the unlawful detainer filings don't become public until 60 days after being filed and even then you have to search by the first AND last name of the TENANT or by case number. Any other help would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks

I know easy button lending will provide a proof of funds but in order to get the official letter you need your buyer info or a down payment for a bridge loan.

That's a good question. I mean I'm only going on my 2nd official appointment but I think I'm gonna feel it out but do my best to get a signature if the seller wants to sell.

I live in San Diego and I’m struggling to find records of evictions. I don’t see any unlawful detainer recording document as an option on the county site . I think I have to go to the courthouse ?

Text them "I have your money" and when they say "who is this?" don't respond. They will call you

Yea i submitted a request through the San Diego portal but got denied. They said they "discontinued" that in 2018 although they did approve someones request for in January of this year but the record request was for a month in 2018. I talked to two people at the public record requests office and they both said it wasn't an option. One was a supervisor.
