Hi everyone! I am very excited to announce our presenter for next week. Colin Stuart with Stuart Acquisitions will be speaking to our group about his business and current projects. Colin and his team recently sold a 24-unit building which they acquired, successfully repositioned, and then 1031 exchanged for a 64-unit building after only 11 months of ownership. Looking forward to hearing more of his story and future plans for his growing business!

**Friendly reminder about our venue change** We will be meeting on 7/20 at Palette Café located at 493 Broadway in Saratoga Springs at 7pm. There is a full bar with specialty cocktails as well as coffee drinks/lattes –the event is FREE but Palette is opening and staffing the café exclusively for our group, so ordering a drink or two might be a nice way to show support. There is also outdoor space we can utilize, weather dependent.

The event will take place in the “Skidmore Room” at the Embassy Suites Hotel. This is a private room attached to the bar area. Upon entering the hotel lobby, walk right and the room is in the back left corner. We hope to see you there!

We are looking forward to seeing everyone at the Embassy Suites next Tuesday, May 18th at 7pm. Our presentation this month will be titled “Top 10 Landlording Tips from a Professional Property Manager,” presented by Ryan Vienneau of Veno Properties. We hope to see you there!!
