Thanks for your response Kim! I just may take you up on coffee:) I have had some difficulty finding investors/flippers that are willing to chat. I'm definitely not at all looking to be spoon fed information, as I have been doing quite a bit of my own research, but it would be nice to just pick the brain of someone experienced every now and then:) Thanks for being open to that. 

Hello Everyone! My name is Allison, and I'm a licensed real estate broker in the Seattle, Washington area. My passion is design, which is what led me to getting my real estate license. I know that sounds a little odd, but let me explain. My dream job is to flip homes! I can't think of a better way to express my creativity, than to renovate homes, using my own design expertise to execute a successful flip! I could be hired as a designer for someone's home, which I have done, but I am largely at the mercy of someone else's style and budget. I want to be able to have complete creative control, while also making a ton of money doing it, which I know I can do with flipping homes! Being a licensed real estate broker also allows me to have control over my portion of the transaction! My goal in joining this group is to educate myself through gaining insight and knowledge from the experience of others!
