Hello all,
Newbie investor from Florida, looking to invest in Tampa bay area, single or multifamily. Mainly for rental income, planning to hold properties long term, greater than 5 years if good income producing properties. Not much experience in house inspection. Hoping to learn which houses to stay away from, whether to buy block vs wood frame, if remedied sink hole homes make good buys or are they complete no, no s etc.
